Instructions: 1. Open the cap and fill the bladder with water 2. Screw the cap on tightly to seal 3. Attach the tube to the bladder's connector valve 4. Double check the seal before placing the bladder in your backpack

Important Notes: 1. Water temperature should be between -20 and 50 degrees Celsius. Our hydration bladder is not suitable for juice, milk, soft drinks, liquor, etc. 2. Prior to use, soak the bladder in warm salt water (30-40 degrees Celsius) for one hour and clean it thoroughly. Salt concentration should be around 7%. 3. Wash the bladder with mild detergent and ensure it is completely dry inside and out before storage. 4. Avoid exposure to extreme heat/cold, chemicals, or UV light, as they may damage the bladder. 5. Keep the bladder away from sharp objects to prevent punctures. 6. Do not overtighten the cap to prevent difficulty in opening. 7. For optimal performance, we recommend replacing the bladder every 6 months.
